Making accounts with the Moonwalker is not easy. I will miss his voice from his childhood and his sad eyes. Its ability to be a monster once, once a hero, once accused so pilloried. That black could be turned into white, that someone could even create a ranch in California for children to play ... 
Goodbye all you people can tell you there's nothing to make me change my mind, goodbye. There are days when you feel that you have to turn the page. It 's like if I made a bookmark and you had fossilized on the same page that you have read thousands and thousands of times without even noticing. If you repeat the same word to exhaustion, begins to lose meaning. If you do not train your brain to jump from place to get used to standing still and eventually, perhaps, think it's a good thing. Too many jumps are bad legs, but are good for the heart. 
I was four days in Oslo and I had the wish to stay. The sunset at Aker Brygge and the sun remains high until 11, children free blonde playing in the pedestrian streets, the fresh shrimp in the open sandwich that taste of the sea. Food few surprises on the side, in addition to the already proven Lofoten (lobster and good to cry !!!!) Frognerseteren where you eat the reindeer above the fjord. Oslo is a city that is never boring. It 's the people that makes me happy. Naive, willing, happy and carefree. It seems that the white and the cold of winter will make these special people, ready to bloom not just a cloud leaves room for a ray of sunshine .... 
When you're in the hotel alone time follows an unreal pace. The minutes will expand until it became unbearable. Then delete the files on your desktop and empty the trash, clean your shoes, throw away receipts of credit cards you have in your wallet. The enforced solitude makes you not have wanted to read a book, to have no desire to watch the Matrix, not to have if you do not want to talk. And to understand a little 'more than those friends who have chanced upon a noisy place in which to return. The sun will erase the nostalgia ten long minutes ... 
Dinner to please Ca Matilde Quattro Castella (RE). A real pleasure! Andrea Marcella are two people in real not take themselves too seriously. The restaurant is elegant, but not excessive. A country house where the password appears be "welcome". It has a Michelin star, but you must enter on tiptoe and whisper softly. You can also serve wine by themselves, that it never hurts ;-) Excellent pork shank (I've already written about ViaMichelin few months ago), but the fish is not to be missed, especially bacalao served in salad with red onion, potatoes, green beans, olives, and tomato mousse . To finish the trifle, sweet, child and pudding and hot dogs stuffed with hazelnut ice-cream to eat with your hands. In menu there is also the black cod. My work is beautiful, so it's just beautiful. Because every day I have a chance to meet with people who have a different approach to life. And let me spare existence, tastes, thoughts, attitudes, and contradictions with which to compare. Common places are consolidated and are crushed to form to go with an experience that I would not change anything else in the world. Japan, France, through the United States and Italy colors mix and the palette is never the same. A great lesson of skepticism that leads to question everything. Today is Friday, I worked a lot this week. And I deserve two days of flip-flop away from restaurants, from confusion, from the social and the human-network .... ;-) Happy, but need a little 'relaxation.
