Heat forced the North 
New air today. Clean, like the one I breathed in Val di Fiemme Cembra and on weekends. A good ride during which I met a lot of interesting people. And they say the heat is in the South I I say that even at 1000 meters is not lacking, just know to take, be well disposed towards the mountain. I liked the Cembra Valley. The rugged valley of brandy smugglers, recently opened to tourism, very proud of their former poverty. And the Valle di Fiemme, which to me is the real mountain, the one where I went on a skiing holiday in the heyday of the University. Among the many things to remember, the spirit of volcanic Pojer which is based in Faedo, but also produces some wine and vinegar in Cembra Valley. I enjoyed his throat spray to spray vinegar pear, cherry, quince. He is funny, creative, a madman who still enjoys working. And the smell of ammonia that has left Puzzone Moena an indelible imprint on my machine. Rather than serving the pest control arbre magique ....
